Blizzard fixed the mechanics for the fight this go around and you can see right now Festergut is pretty much Patchwerk (lots of health, tight enrage, hard-hitting) with an extra gimmick. We were unable to test the 25 man version where the enrage comes more into play (5 minute enrage).

This strategy is out of date and some of the information may be incorrect. It was written for the 3.2.2a patch (released 25 Sep 2009). The current patch is 3.3.2.

does anyone know what add-ons he is using or what UI that is, i want to mimic that UI so bad.

We used two tanks in the video, but it's certainly not necessary with a proper cooldown rotation.

The enrage timer on 10 man won't be a major concern for players with 25 man ToC gear. We beat it by a minute.
