Overview

Emalon tank should pull him into the back right corner of the room. No movement is needed after Emalon is in position.

Emalon Tempest tank should pull them all into the back left corner of the room. Make sure they are tanked more than 20 yards away from Emalon, as your melee need to be able to DPS Emalon without being in range of their nova. The rest of the raid needs to spread out evenly throughout the room. Ranged DPS should stay away from the Tempest adds, as the nova will hurt. Melee can stay in through Emalon novas if your healers are ready for it. As long as everyone is spread, there is very minimal raid damage.

Strategy

Emalon starts out surrounded by four Tempests. These should be offtanked throughout the fight. Damage done to them prior to Overcharge is useless, as the Overcharged add will be healed to full regardless.

The strategy is quite simple once positioning is figured out. Keep DPS on Emalon until he overcharges an add. When he casts Overcharge, the targeted add needs to be focused and killed before it can reach 10 stacks. If it manages to reach 10 stacks, it will wipe the raid. When the add dies, a new one will spawn to take it's place. It needs to be picked up and pulled into position with the rest of the adds. DPS shifts back to Emalon until the next add is Overcharged. Rinse and repeat until he is dead.

Important: If you have even a single priest or warlock, have them mana-drain Emalon. This prevents him from casting Chain Lightning and makes the fight far easier.
